How long does a typical engagement last?
Most projects run 8-16 weeks from kickoff to production. We can move faster for smaller scopes or slower for more complex systems. We'll give you a specific timeline after the audit phase.
Do you do fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Mostly fixed-price for defined scopes. We quote based on outcomes, not hours. For ongoing support or exploratory work, we sometimes do monthly retainers.
Can you work with our existing AI infrastructure?
Yes. We're stack-agnostic and often integrate with existing systems. If you have specific constraints (cloud provider, framework, compliance requirements), we work within them.
What if we need ongoing support after deployment?
We offer support agreements for production systems. Most clients need some level of ongoing iteration as their needs evolve. We can discuss this based on your situation.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign standard NDAs before any discovery work. Client names and project details are always confidential unless you explicitly approve otherwise.
